"Call Jenn Swiggum." I had no clue who Jenn Swiggum was, but her name kept coming up from folks in the Ferryville area. "Call her to list the house." I called her and the best call I ever made. She brought with her, kindness, honesty, professionalism, and her knowledge of real estate is top notch. Any question I or my siblings had were always answered. She was always available and kept us up to date on the selling of the property. Not knowing Jenn Swiggum 6 weeks ago and knowing her now, I highly recommend her for your realtor.
We were dropped in Jenn Swiggum's lap when our original broker went on vacation. Jenn was nice enough to accept us and our quirky ways. Being 4 hours away, it was nice that Jenn made herself available to us when we came into town. When we couldn't be there, she view properties for us and sent us videos and face-timed us. Jenn is THE BEST! At first we had a difficult sale due to a first buyers and their agent--they backed out of the sale the day before their financing letter expired after several months of extensions given to them. Jenn found another buyer immediately; she handled everything professionally and kept us up on things each step of the way and the sale to the final buyers went very smoothly. We could not have made our move to another state before the sale of our home had it not been for Jenn handling everything for us. She truly went above and beyond. Words of thanks and bouquet of flowers is just not enough for all she did for us. We feel like she is a family member who had our best interest at the forefront of each step of the transaction. Jenn did a good job working with a senior citizen and one who had to leave property vacant and unoccupied for much of the time of whole process of the sale. As I understood we used a new title company in the area and I had some difficulty with sending the docs. back and forth electronically but Jenn walked me through the process successflly!!!
